³⁰⁰	This “Certified” category, contrasted to the “Certification SCORE” category that represents the evidentiary “arguments” considered by this “jury,” is the “verdict” reached based upon the “reasonable man” notion applied to ALL the evidence available to us, and is simply a thumbs up (Yes), or thumbs down (blank), all considered, that a given candidate uniquely exists to the best of our knowledge, reason and instinct. Both categories are included here to present our process as transparently as possible, which has always been our aim. The scores should not be taken to mean anything more than a path to a final “verdict” on establishing unique identity, genuine or not (at least for now).
³⁰¹	The scoring scale is from 1 (one) to 5 (five), with “blank” or 0 (zero/zed/zip/nada) and representing data insufficient to establish any identity other than representations at http://execlub.org/atlarge.htm. The scores were arrived at based on levels of preponderance evidence found or submitted, and were a kind of counting-up.
³⁰²	The lack of submitted Photo ID has resulted in a five-hundredths (.05) point deduction in the top-most scores, as a result of the committee's being unable to be 100% certain of identity without them. So far, this has resulted in 3 (three) candidates achieving a score of 5 (five). Revised Reports will be issued after the voting starts if warranted by the receipt of new, substantial information by the committee, and/or until such time the committee announces No Further Reports, which in any case will be no later than 00:00 hours GMT Thursday. While the committee would like to continue to capture and add the latest candidate Q&A threads, at this point on that score the work of the committee must cease and the real work of the members must either begin, or continue, to follow the dialogues.
